Human Life is simple, easy & beautiful, only if ….

Life is hard when our choices are driven by our external environments. We attract struggle and hardship when we play our weaknesses (addictions). Onslaught of media (conventional or electronics) led information explosion has districted our self-awareness and we become indifferent to natural messages that body communicates about human needs. Our six senses and pleasure we get by satisfying them leads to temporary pleasure which we mistake for happyness (that is what we as soul seeks).

Who am I?

Our awareness of our reference to body, hand, legs, head etc. etc. as “my” not “I” is simple testimony that our identification ourselves as this this body is illusion & fake.

When “mind” start dictating our actions due to addictions of “senses” that is when we start suffering & our life suffers and we fall into never ending hardship.

Meditation calms disturbed mind so we start applying our intelligence. For example why people fail to implement their New Year Resolutions, Why people forget priorities & duties bound to role that nurture relationships.

Calm mind helps intelligence executes all discoveries, innovation, ideas, plans & strategies, tactics successfully.

Self-realized soul with calm intelligence, mind, body perform great miracles.

We observe around us, we realize that all creation of creator is perfectly unique. We don’t find perfect copy in identical twins too. These are testimony that every creation is unique and so are every person living on this earth. Knowing this fact comparision, judging & competition are truely human created trash concepts.

4. Grow, cook, offer/donate & consume natural, fresh, vegetarian food that decays witin 8-10 hours.

5. Engage yourself in activities with pursuit of a] dharma (wisdom that teaches natural way of life), b] artha (wealth), c] kaama (fame & power) & d] moksha (nirvana).

6. Refer daily to user manual of human life, Bhagvad Gita (authentic versions one of 4 sampradayas)
